Our Policy on Pets

At Van Buren Place, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by providing a fenced-in pet exercise area, always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer. Limit 2 pets per home: 1 dog, under 50 pounds, welcome in our 1st floor homes only, cats welcome on any floor.
