I just moved into The Vue apartments in Madison, WI 2 weeks ago. Since the moment that I walked into the office for the... showing the staff have been ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Hannah and her office staff were SO understanding and empathetic to a situation I was in and needing an apartment within 10 days of the showing. They showed such professionalism and kindness and got me approved that same day, easing the stress that I was going through in a difficult life situation. On top of that, Hannah offered to order me area rugs when I mentioned wear and tear on the carpet in the apartment I really wanted (in the main building on first floor). The maintenance staff has been accommodating and very timely in a couple things that needed a little repair when I moved in. The amenities are beautiful and add a lot to the value. My team walked the entire building this morning, as they do most mornings, and could not find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you have concerns regarding unpleasant odors or pet mishaps please reach out to us right away rather than waiting such long periods of time. We do not wish for any of our residents to be affected by such things.
Our office and maintenance staff check all buildings daily and professional cleaners come twice a month to ensure all entryways, hallways, and other common areas are cleaned and in good order. We have had no other reports of this issue so you would be our best help in resolving it to your satisfaction.

The Vue is an excellent spot for young professionals. The pool, grills, and firepit make it a great hub for gathering with... neighbors and friends. It’s tucked away nicely from Fish Hatch Rd in such a way that there’s no road noise but we’re still super close to lots of restaurants and other conveniences. Management is friendly, and maintenance comes very quickly - sometimes within an hour of submitting a ticket! My only “downsides” are that the sink is in the island and only had one basin, and that the freezer doesn’t come with an icemaker. Jenn has been amazing from the moment we stepped foot on the Vue property. Not... only did she give an outstanding tour of the place, we felt that she was not trying to sell us on the most expensive unit but really working with us on our budget to find the right fit for us at this time. We moved in a matter of three weeks, applied for, got approved and signed the lease in about two days, so very speedy response time. Very impressed with all the outstanding amenities offered here at The Vue, and even more impressed with such a great staff who makes themselves available to assist/ lead us into the right direction to find answers.
